仓库管理专员

岗位职责

岗位职责：

1.负责仓库的日常管理，包括物料的妥善保管，防霉防潮防盗等; Responsible for the daily management of warehouse, including the proper storage of material, mildew, moisture, anti-theft, etc； 

2.负责物料的收、发管理，出入库的账务管理，实时盘点对账; Responsible for material receipt and delivery management, incoming and outgoing account management, inventory checking; 

3.负责库存物料的定置定位、现场巡查及协调，确保先进先出;  Responsible for the positioning of inventory, on-site inspection and coordination to ensure FIFO; 

4.负责仓库的5S管理；Responsible for warehouse 5S management; 

5.物料有效期的重点管控；Key control of material expiration date;  

6.及时清理呆滞物品; Timely clean up the sluggish material; 

7.有效完成上级交代和安排的其它工作任务。Effectively complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.  

任职要求：

1.专科及以上学历， 专业不限。Bachelor degree or above 

2.3年或以上类似工作经验。At least 3 years work experience in related field ; 

3.3年或以上整车制造工厂相关工作经验优先。At least 3 years work experience in automobile project will be preferable; 

4.熟练WORD、EXCELL、PPT等办公软件，擅长各种数据分析方法; Familiar with WORD, EXCELL,PPT and other office software, good at various data analysis methods; 

5.熟悉ERP系统操作；Familiar with ERP system; 

6.做事仔细，强烈的责任心，较好的沟通表达能力; Work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills; 

7.熟悉主机厂备品备件、耗材、劳保用品更佳；Familiar  with OEM’s spare parts, consumables, labor protection  is preferred; 

8.良好的汇报能力,良好的英语读写能力。Good report skill; English Writing and Reading must be required.
